Shipping
We ship orders through USPS, anywhere in the United States. We also ship all orders same day, if ordered before 3pm (Arizona Time) or next-day if it’s past 3pm. Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information is provided via email after orders are completed.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer free USPS Priority shipping on orders $50.00+. All orders under $50.00 will pay a flat rate of $9.00. Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $50.00 – this does not include taxes or discounts.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, we ships to all 50 states using USPS, including PO Boxes.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we can ship to all U.S. territories using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $50.00 before taxes and discounts, and a flat rate of $9.00 for all orders under $50.00.
Do you ship to military bases?
Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO bases using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $50.00 before taxes and discounts, and a flat rate of $9.00 for all orders under $50.00.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
Possibly, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to confirm if your order is still processing or if it has been shipped. If the order is still being processed, we can update the shipping address. Once the order ships, we are unable to update the address.
How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation and receipt is emailed to the email address provided upon placing your order. You will receive a second email containing your package tracking number once your order has shipped, which you can then track through USPS tracking.
Do you ship orders on weekends?
Yes, we ship on Saturdays. USPS Priority Mail only delivers on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
How soon do you ship orders?
Same day or Next day. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM (Arizona Time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the following business day.
What if I don’t receive my order?
We provide tracking for all orders placed. If your expecting your order and it doesn’t arrive when expected, please check the tracking through USPS tracking page. You can also contact us directly through our contact us page, and we can check the tracking for you. If the tracking shows it was delivered but can’t locate it, we recommend checking around your property first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them.
